Meet the Team

Dr. Aron Henckel was born in Yuma, Arizona and, being part of a military family, spent the first part of his life constantly on the move. After many relocations, the family finally settled down in El Paso, TX, where he still considers it home. He attended Franklin High School and proceeded to receive a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at El Paso.

Dr. Henckel played football for UTEP and upon graduation enjoyed playing rugby for over seven years. The stress and injuries to his body over playing such sports was how he found chiropractic. After harboring different pains and discomforts for years, his first personal chiropractic treatment plan, from his good friend and chiropractor (Dr.Gutierrez), worked so well that it opened his eyes to a completely different approach to healthcare. 

After seeing such great personal results to his health and well-being. Dr. Henckel had a new drive to help others and focused his own efforts on obtaining a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University in Dallas, Texas. Post graduation, Dr. Henckel moved back home to El Paso and now works with patients of all ages and backgrounds to address a wide range of ailments.

Fun Fact: Outside of the office, Dr. Aaron Henckel can be found hanging out with his fiancé, Celanie, either mountain biking or “attempting” to play golf. 

Dr. Ramiro Gutierrez was born in Santiago Del Estero, Argentina. At the age of 10, his family relocated to the United States in El Paso, TX chasing a better opportunity. He attended Franklin High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Texas at Austin.  

Having experienced the benefits that Chiropractic care brought to his recovery from a debilitating low back injury, Dr. Gutierrez set out to help others with similar issues. After receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in Dallas, TX, he moved back home with his wife to be with family where he now practices. 

From an injury that led to a passionate career in helping others, Dr Gutierrez has now practiced as a Chiropractic Doctor for over seven years and has helped thousands of patients in the El Paso Community. He has partnered with his good friend and colleague Dr. Aaron Henckel to provide the best possible care to patients.

Fun Fact: Outside of the office, Dr. Ramiro Gutierrez usually spends his time with his wife and two children (has great dad jokes) and occasionally plays a round of golf when possible

Gilbert was born and raised in El Paso, TX. With many years of hard work, Gilbert built himself up to a supervisor position at a call center. It was here that he realized he wanted to work in a team setting beside other driven individuals. Having a very outgoing and friendly personality, Gilbert decided to venture out where he would be able to interact with patients on a daily basis.

He obtained a license as an X-Ray technician and began working alongside Dr. Henckel and Dr. Gutierrez in a chiropractic facility. He truly enjoys meeting new people while helping and observing the positive outcome that comes from chiropractic care. Gilbert now enjoys working with two fantastic doctors as a manager at Right Way Chiropractic.

Fun Fact: Outside of work Gilbert is very active and loves to work out, walk his German Shepard, and hang out with his girlfriend/family.
